Great hotel for the Chicago Marathon. Close to Midway airport with a free shuttle. Makes it easy to get to the Airport and L. There is also a bus stop within a block from the hotel as well. Decent food options nearby. Hotel staff was great …

This was a great place to stay- I was only in for one night on a business trip in Chicago, but the guy I was traveling with was a platinum Hilton member so I guess we got slightly more premium rooms- I was shocked. Very modern room and lighting, super spacious, had a desk and dresser with a large bathroom, really no complaints on the rooms. The front desk woman was very friendly and accommodated us quickly. Breakfast was well managed and warm. It felt pretty safe, as it was in a block of a ton of other hotel options and some restaurants. The surrounding traffic was pretty rough, even on a Wednesday nights, and most entrances into this area were blocked off for some reason. Overall though, I couldn't really take off a star for anything, I'd happily stay here again.

Very nice hotel and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and the manager on duty when I checked in was very nice, I believe she said she was from Dalton,Ga sorry I couldn't remember her name. When I arrived the power was out because of the weather but she made sure all the guests checking in was comfortable and I really appreciated that. Thank you.

The location was convenient to restaurants and local stores. The service received was great. The staff was polite and respectful. The room & bathroom met our needs and purpose. The bed was very comfortable, which is a bonus.

This is a really nice hotel. It truly is. If it had a different manager it would probably run better. The guy who checked me in, Clyde, was amazing! The younger girl working with him was amazing too. The problem is the day shift. My God there was no sense of urgency at all. People were waiting 45 minutes to check in. When I asked for a manager she told me it was about a group with issues and shift change. The problem is people were waiting an hour before shift change to check in while she was in the back. Maybe if she was up front managing it would have moved a little (or a lot) better.

My whole experience at the hotel was excellent. Best hotel IÂ¿ve been to so far. The breakfast was clean with a lot of options. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The room was very clean. I really liked the Dove products in the bathroom.
